Binaural Beats answers:

Before you try this, be aware that you can actually get ill from this. You can physically and mentally exhaust your self during this state, even though everything you see is not real. With that being said…

Susan asks…

Isochronic tones effective without headphones?!?

Alright so most people know that binarual beats NEED headphones to work and they seem to work judging by a fair few positive accounts. Now with Isochronic tones, they are designed where you do not have to wear headphones to be effective. The question I have is: do they work like this? how do you do it also can you go about your normal buisness with that in the background or something?

Pls try and answer if you are familiar with using these things. Thx.

Binaural Beats answers:

I don’t know about isochron-whats, but were you talking about binaural beats or binaural recordings? Binaural beats do NOT need headphones, but binaural recordings do (unless you have some fancy dipole speakers). When listening to them, binaural beats are supposed to put your brain waves at a certain Hz when you’re sleeping, to aid with lucid dreaming. Binaural recordings are a special type of recording which use two specially placed microphones, to give an excellent sense of imaging. Binaural beats and binaural recordings are not really related at all, whatsoever. No idea what isochronic tones are though.

Sandy asks…

Why can’t I astral project completely?

I have been trying to astral project for long time. Recently I have begun to use binaural beats as well. When I try, I believe I get to the vibrational state, but from then on, when I focus on become weightless and lifting out of the body, I feel as though I am anchored down by something, by just one thing. To explain this metaphorically, it’s as though, as I relax deeper and deeper, I peel away layers of reality, but once I am just one step away from lifting out of the body, there is one last last layer firmly holding me down.
Any suggestions as to how to ‘remove’ this anchor? Are there techniques you use that work well?

Binaural Beats answers:

Have you achieved the “vibrational” state yet?
You should attempt an OBE this after 2-3 sleep cycles.
Sleep cycles last 90 minutes a piece.
When you wake up, stay up for about 30 minutes.
Then listen to Binaural Beats/Hemi-sync for about an hour.
Journey’s out of the Body Condition D CD is good for this.
If you don’t have an OBE while listening to the CD, take the headphones off and put in ear plugs and then try your favorite exit method.
Also, don’t wear any jewelry and little to no clothes with a light sheet.
Also lunar cycle seems to have a positive effect on this during the new and especially full moon.
I’ve had OBEs and Lucid Dreams for years and they are different.

Betty asks…

How to Lucid Dream again?

Hey everyone this experience happened to me a couple of months ago, but have just decided to ask about it so here is the story
Okay so one night i woke up at about 330 in the morning.. noticing it was still so early i decided to go back to sleep.. so instantly i fell asleep and was dreaming that i was in my kitchen with someone (i dont remember who) So anyways that person threw something (i dont remember what) across my kitchen counter, but that something was moving across the kitchen counter very slowly, almost as if it was floating. I noticed that that couldn’t happen in real life so i remember thinking to myself in the dream “this is a dream” and then all of sudden everything got really weird… so weird i forced myself to wake up.. so thats my story…. so my question is how do i get that again? any answers are helpful

Binaural Beats answers:

Achieving lucid dreaming is no easy task. I have read all about it,I know all about it,I tried different methoda, even binaural beats but I couldn’t have a lucid dream.

Dreams occur during the REM phase of your sleep (rapid eye movement phase).Since people mostly get REM phases at about 3 or 4 AM,you accidentally had one too.

I don’t have to explain how awesome lucid dreams are,so let’s get to the real part

You have to have a dream journal,to do reality checks and learn how to stay in the dream when it gets weird

each morning, write about the dreams you had,all the details.this way you will learn about your dreams and improve your dream recall.why have lucid dreams if you can’t remember them when you wake up ?

At least 10 times a day, stop for a moment and look around.act as if you are not sure whether you are dreaming or not.try to notice odd and weird things.this way you will get a habit of doing reality checks even in dreams which will help you realize that you are actually dreaming which initiates a lucid dream

also, when dream starts falling apart, spin like a top in your dream.spin around until the dream changes.practice to not forget that you are dreaming

also check out this website, this is where i learned this all

good luck with those dreams :)

Lisa asks…

How can I lucid dream?

I will NOT do binaural beats. I freaked out before the 2 minute mark when you’re supposed to start your journey or whatever, it scared the **** out of me. I read that that stuff is bad and makes you see horrifying stuff.

Here are some websites that specialize in Lucid Dreaming techniques:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucid_dream

http://www.wikihow.com/Lucid-Dream

http://www.world-of-lucid-dreaming.com/l…

http://www.dreamviews.com/content/what-l…

This is a website that has a list of books on the subject and reviews as well:

Don’t forget that it might be possible to get some of them at your local library.

Although Lucid Dreaming can be fun to do; I would advise you not to overdo it. The subconscious needs some time to process all the experiences that you encounter every day in order to remain healthy.
