Ok so i have somthing on my mind that is really big.. I keep worrying about it day and night. I dont know when its going to happen, Or if it is going to happen. i would rather not talk about what it is. But i really need to stop thinking about it, So what takes your mind off of somthing? What can i do to take my mind off of it? I also cant talk to anyone about it..
Well, can anyone explain how to ignore my feelings please?

Binaural Beats answers:

I’m sorry to hear that you are going through this. I used to dwell on bad issues in my life all the time and it was a challenge to avoid focusing too much on the negative. A couple things helped me which you can google/wiki: Binaural Beats and Hypnotherapy. There are plenty of free binaural beats websites, though the good self-hypnosis dl’s are usually purchased from a company that knows what they’re doing. I found some great ones on youtube. You can play them on an mp3 player or hook them up to your computer, turn down the lights, lay down, close your eyes and get comfortable with headphones on and just relax.

Liberation From Fear (completely awesome):

I have purchased a few hypnosis mp3′s from this website. My first purchase was “Fear of Abandonment” as that is where the majority of my issues stemmed from:

Listen to them as often as you want, at least once a day until you feel better. I was getting over a bad series of relationships and being lonely during the holidays last year. It took me a week but these things really helped me heal. Hope everything works out for you!

Charles asks…

How to astral project easily?

I don’t know how to enter the mind awake body asleep state…. I just lay down, without moving for about 30 minutes to an hour or, I repeat mind awake body asleep…nothing happens, I just feel relaxed… , and techniques, nothing happens with the rope techniques or stuff, or even binaural beats

Binaural Beats answers:

Youtube it. I did it naturally before I even knew what it was, but it freaked me out so I had to research it, and I trained myself using Youtube, especially using that guy Love Sex and OBE’s videos, because he like mixes all the techniques together so that you can pick and choose what works. You may not like his style of teaching though, because its more of a personal log than a training vid, which is why I like it so much.

All you have to do is practice, and it’ll either work or it won’t. Some people can try their whole lives and it never works for them. Other people can do it once and never again, and others can do it once and then do it all the time without effort.

The technique I used to focus and get in the mood is a mix of the tree thing where you imagine energy flowing through you like the way a magnetic field does, except instead of looping around and coming back to you it reaches as high into the sky as you can imagine while simultaneously imagining it reaching deep into the ground like past the center of earth. If you only do one at a time it doesn’t work very well. The other parts of the mix are visualizing the merkaba and listening to a hypnotist. Lots of hypnotist post practice or advertising vids online so that’s a lot cheaper ~free~ than going to a live hypnotist ~100 bucks a session~ and what they do, even though they’re describing it to you, is put you in a real place. Out of your body even if you think you’re just imagining it, you know let me say this. A lot of sessions including out of body start with something you think. Then it takes it away and instead of you putting out thoughts it puts them in you and takes over and sometimes that’s all you need to pop out of body and astral project.

So that’s what I did. I had an astral projection on accident a few times before I realized what it was, and then I practiced and didn’t have one except every six months. I had a series of them for about a month once a week but that was really really tiring especially because it’s really hard for me to focus on what I wanted to do once I got out of body so most of mine it’s like I thought I was going to go ask some serious questions and then I got there and I jacked around testing how well I could see and listening to that noise and playing with how my hand looks when it’s in my physical hand and when it comes up out of it lol that one was fun.

I don’t recommend this but a lot of people claim they can astral project when they’re high, but they usually say and when they’re still high so idk if they works lol. Just a thought.

Merkaba technique: Imagine that there are two pyramids, one on top of the other with their points intersected, and in your mind spin them slowly at first. They spin opposite directions end over end. And spin them faster until they’re going so fast that their points make a white spot there they intersect as they flip. The bright spot get so bright that light is shining out of them and breaking the boundaries for you to astral project into another place. And you’re inside the merkaba as it spins and shines, and hold it for as long as you can.

His name is Rich. This is his video called OBE Techniques for making the experience more vivid and real: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cowIQbp3a2s idk if you’ll like it much because he’s talking about spirit awake body asleep.

This one is called The OBE Technique I Used Last Night. And it worked for him so I really really recommend this vid for you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggXMsNgbMjA

good luck! Just remember, it will either happen or it won’t. All you can do is try.

Carol asks…

How can I stay focused?

I want to write this really cool book but I can’t stay focused on it. Any tips?

Binaural Beats answers:

Well I’ve been working on book for a long time and I have found that I have moods I have to work with. Sometimes I’ll suddenly feel super creative and I write a ton then I take a break but whatever you do WRITE EVERY DAY. If you are actually serious about this then no matter how bad you feel it is “you can fix bad writting, but you can’t fix a blank page.” also I have found that listening to binaural beats really helps me get into what I’m writting I don’t know why but try some of those things. Also day dreaming about your story and what could happen or write it down and just mess with some ideas :) hope these help.

Here’s the link:

(I usually just listen to it over and over again pressing reply while I write. But you have to use head phones).

Maria asks…

Music to Get Rid of Mind Chatter – What music, beats or tones do you recommend works?

Binaural Beats answers:

Any music that helps you relax and focus your concentration will help you get rid of mind chatter as well. Mind chatter happens when there are a lot of disparate thoughts vying for your attention at the same time. You jump from thought to thought, analyzing, discarding and analyzing some more.

For me, a combination of meditation music, new age tones and binaural trance beats does the job. These are the ones I use to relax, focus and rejuvenate mentally:
