Binaural Beats answers:
There are binaural beats on YouTube for lucid dreaming and astral projection.
These are for lucid dreaming:
These are for astral travel:
There are many more if you search, you just have to find the right ones. Also, make sure you always listen with a good set of headphones or the binaural beats won’t work properly.
Sandy asks…
Am i going to die from lucid dreaming?
I’ve started listening to different types of Binaural beats. I know that you how to be asleep and meditate to listen to it. I’ve listen to many types. But I’ve been listening to them. The Binaural beats got me relaxed. My body and my mind slowly . I’m listening to it right now. I want to experience some stuff that is associated with Binaural beats. Out of body experience, Astral Projection, Lucid dreams, telepathy, and psychokinesis
I heard for one hour or two hours today. At night which is now. I’ve been listening to it for 2 hours. To increase my chances with these special stuff. I’m a rookie at this. I started today. Some people had near death experience and some died.
Will I die just because I’m a rookie and I don’t how to control this stuff?
Also can I be awake when listening to Binaural beats or asleep and meditating?
Binaural Beats answers:
Ur chances of dieing are slim i hav a couple of friends that lucid dream, and one of them does it almost every night. If ur trying to lucid dream with the beats u cnt be asleep bc if ur already asleep u cant lucid dream, ur past that part. So ur best chances are while ur lying down focusin on having a lucid dream to listen to them to help u focus
…hope this helps
Linda asks…
Really strange lucid dream scenario?
I used a song to induce lucid dreams and/or astral projection, so I don’t know what this was. I was aiming for a lucid dream anyway.
This is what I sent to the guy who I got the Binaural beat off.
“Hey there. Just wanted to say. I’ve listened to this beat (your binaural beat) for the first time. This was my first binaural beat I’ve used. I was sleeping for awhile, woke up to adjust the headphones and fell asleep again. BAM, I don’t know if it was my first lucid dream or not, I was in a black room with cheering going “YEAHHHHHHH.”
Now, I was pretty scared at first to be honest, I tried waking up but I couldn’t. It felt like my limbs on the outside of me were numb. Now whenever I fall back to sleep I feel a very odd feeling. I feel like exactly the same as I felt earlier; and it scares me a bit. Is this any part dangerous (by the way I took the headphones out after the first odd experience.)
I don’t know… If I fall asleep would anything bad happen? It’s just that I’m really worried something would happen. Thanks ”
I basically feel really heavy, and when I awaken it feels like I’m paralysed and can’t move. When I was trying to wake up from my lucid dream, I told myself to wake up and kept trying to move my outside body.
Binaural Beats answers:
Http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_paralysis is part of the scene. You may have been forcing yourself to lucid dream, hence activating SP.

Richard asks…
Could I have projected myself?
I have been reading into Astral Projection and have wanted to try it for some time. I know all of the dangers already and how to prevent them. I know the steps in projecting yourself. I know all that needs to be known.
Literally 25 minutes ago I sat up from the most terrifying experience I have ever had, but was it Astral Projection?
I used my headphones and played a 7hz binaural beat. After a while of focusing in on the sound, my entire body went “numb” and I was unable to move it. I focused harder on the sound from here and eventually an extremely powerful vibration took over my body. I can’t explain it, it was just unbelievable.
I knew that I had to gain control over the vibrations before I could exit my body but somehow I lost all contact and jumped up out of bed, awake.
I just wanna know, was I at the point where I could have projected myself? It was my very first try. My entire body had strong vibrations surging through it.
Can I go further next time?
Binaural Beats answers:
I don’t “try” to astral pro, it just happens so I am familiar with those symptoms, I have them too. But I fight it and try hard to stay in my body. Look at my question.
Steven asks…
astral projection help?
please give me a technique for astral projection. or just tell me how to do it.

Binaural Beats answers:
AP isn’t really so straight forward, that u do this than do that & bam ur in the astral realms. There is no guarantee that u will project after following instructions. And it can take quite a while to do it. Just be persistent & patient with it. Use the LoA to help u achieve AP as well.
Try this experiment at night…
As u go to bed set the alarm clock to go off in a few hours. Give urself some positive affirmations as u dose off, ‘I will have an OBE tonight’ etc. Go to sleep, turn the alarm off after it wakes u up. U should still be very tired. Lay back down immediately. Go into a deep meditative state (U can use binaural beats if u like). With every breath feel like ur physical body is sinking down into the bed. Then try to lose ur awareness of ur physical body & everything around u. Feel urself going deeper & feel urself becoming lighter. Let ur body naturally go back to sleep while trying to maintain conscious awareness.
Now at this point while ur in such a deep state, what u want to do is do a visualization technique to induce the powerful vibrations that are required in order to project. There are many different techniques, too many to go into them all here. A simple one is the following…
Visualize with ur minds eye ur astral body rising up towards the ceiling. Perhaps one part of u at a time if u like. Like ur astral arms or legs first etc. Feel like ur floating & are as light as a feather. Try to see urself from the point of view of ur astral body looking back down on ur physical body in as much detail as u can. Don’t concentrate too hard, trying to force it. Just let it happen naturally. Don’t have ur thoughts scattered all over the place. Minimize all other thoughts as much as possible.
Another technique is to pretend their are 2 astral poles on either side of u. And then see urself grabbing onto these 2 poles with ur astral hands. And mentally pull urself from one side to the other using ur astral arms. So u sway back & forth slowly. Each time moving urself just a little bit more & more. Don’t move ur physical body. Feel as though u are moving ur astral body. Feel ur consciousness in ur astral body. Feel as though u no longer have control of ur physical body. But u now have complete control over the astral body.
Ur body has to be very close to sleep when u attempt these techniques. That is why this can be effective doing it in the middle of the night after a few hours sleep while ur still really tired.
And when u do feel the vibrations. Don’t get to excited or fearful. As they can end ur experience. The intensity of the vibrations can be overwhelming. But just relax & stay calm. You may not experience astral projection on the first try. But just keep at it. Learn as much as u can. U are likely to be successful in time if u stick with it.
I would recommend reading books on the subject perhaps from a local library such as…
