Sharon asks…

Do i doser drugs work?

I mean i heard people taking it and they say crazy stuff they saw. I was wondering if theres any bad side effects, reason because i have a friend that takes it, so can anyone help?

Binaural Beats answers:

Anyone who calls sound a drug is an idiot, no offense man.

The i-doser thing is a scam and is based off of a proven phenomenon that is the main component of ‘binaural beats’, which are audio tracks laced with two, slightly different low frequency sounds. When your brain is subjected to these two slightly different sounds, your brain attempts to collide them together and creates a third, independent sound of a new frequency in your head. This is the same affect as when everyone in the room hums the same tone and all the sudden you hear the sound resonate ( happens because everyone is actually doing slightly different tones, creating the effect).

Anyways this frequency equalizes the vibrations of your neural pathways, which is different for your left and right brain. When the two sides are equalized, one can experience slightly altered states of mind similar to intense meditation.

Your friends who are saying the crazy stuff just hyped themselves up and over exaggerated. I did the same thing the first time i tried i doser.

There are no negative effects of sound. Go to youtube for binaural beats if you want to, just make sure you have stereo buds or headphones or it wont work.

Binaural Beats answers:

Hi RKO,

Firstly you need to know and understand that the way we think, feel, and believe has a massive influence upon all that manifests in and around our lives. The energy that our thoughts and emotions create sends a message out to the Universe not unlike a prayer, and if our energy is positive, healthy, honest, and appreciative of our life on a reasonable level, then the Universe will work with us to create more positive and happy experiences for us. If you can accept that your thoughts and beliefs have manifested what you see around you today, and they are continually designing your future, then you will realise how important it is to master Positive Thinking Techniques and to monitor your thoughts and emotions. This has been called the Law of Attraction, but you know anyway that if you give out love, empathy, positivity and have an “attitude of gratitude”, that many more good positive things will come your way.

This is quite a hard concept to take on, but there are many references in the Bible to substantiate the Law. So if you can take responsibility for where you are today, you know also that you are no longer a victim of circumstance, and you have the power within you to design your future! So how do you change perspective, when everything around you seems to be wrong:-

1) You really do have to count your blessings, and if you are reading this, undoubtedly you are blessed. You can see, you can read, perhaps you have a warm comfortable home with a PC, a loving partner and family… etc, etc. Not everyone has these blessings, so build your list, dig deep and get down to basics and FEEL truly grateful. Feeling is important, the Universe responds to our emotions and beliefs’, thinking alone is not sufficient.

2) You must however monitor your thoughts. You have a list of blessings, so make a list of negatives, and go through them one by one and change the ones you can straight away, and make a plan to change some over time, and accept that perhaps there are some that you cannot change. End the struggle with life, and trust that things are happening as they are supposed to; you are learning and becoming stronger by your experience. Your positive perspective will soon turn things around!

3) If you have bad feelings towards anyone then sort it as soon as possible, perhaps by communicating and forgiving where possible. Your negative emotions towards others are hurting you more than anyone else.

4) Be honest in your dealings with the world. If you are dishonest, this will deprive you of long term peace and happiness. I appreciate that may people appear to be happy with their ill gotten gains, but it is artificial, because true happiness comes from the love that we share with our family and friends, and not from material gain.

5) Hypnosis, meditation, Binaural Beats, are all excellent ways of achieving peace and dealing with our negative emotions. Binaural Beats are undoubtedly the quickest and easiest of the three, because no strict regime or discipline is required. You just relax and let the soothing sounds wash over you. The gentle rhythms and sounds tune your mind safely and easily to achieve peace and a more positive attitude, which in turn translates into more positive life experiences. Many people are reporting life changing success with Binaural Beats which is why I have devoted a site to them. Please see http://www.BinauralBeatsBliss.com

In conclusion, please realise that whatever your life situation is now, you alone have the power to change it. Look around you; appreciate the true beauty and love that is already with there. Trust that the bad stuff has been a learning process and you can be stronger for anything that you have endured. Your new life starts today, so decide to appreciate, trust, and be happy, think and expect only good things, relax, believe and watch them happen.

Wishing you every peace and happiness

Joseph asks…

I have Absolutely no self confidence or self esteem, how can i fix that?

Binaural Beats answers:

Hi Zack,

You need to understand that you are the sum of your memories and experiences to date. It is certainly true that we might all be much happier and positive, if we could erase our bad memories, which are usually also causing our discomfort in the present and also our fears about the future. However all our experiences are about learning and therfore will be develepmental and of some value for us at some level. So how can you move on, taking your learning from the past and turning your future into a much more positive experience.

1) First and foremost you have to like yourself, because how can other people like you and respond to you if you are constantly sending out negative vibes to them and the universe. You need to be your own best friend and give youself an honest dispassionate assesment of yourself. Stand out of yourself and view from a distance, and make a list of positives (and trust me, there will be many), and negatives also as you see them. If you have a trusted friend to help you, great , enlist their help. Do not stop until you have at least 30 positives. Read them over and over to yourself, praise yourself and let them sink in. PRepeated positive affirmation will get through to your suconcious and change you belief system. Forgive yourself for indiscretions and mistakes-you are human, it is all learning, make amends where you can, forgive yourself and move on.

2) Listen to your mind and body and treat them with respect. Care for your body, do not abuse it in any way. Give it good food and excercise, and take the advice yourself that you would give a best friend that you love and care for. Feed your mind positive thoughts about yourself and your situation. Relax and meditate if you can. Binaural Beats is a fast and effective route to complete peace and relaxation. Your perception and attitude is crucial. Happiness is often a decision to be happy, and just a different perception of the same circumstance. Your current thoughts, feelings and attitudes are shaping your future as we speak, so monitor them and do not nurture negative thoughts.

3) Detach from regularly neagative people, they will bring you down with them. You soak up enough negativity from the news, and you should detach from this also at least for a period if it is bringing you down.

4) Organise and declutter your wardrobe, your living space and your mind. Unecessary accumulation of material things and disorganisation causes stress, so look to simplify your life, and appreciate the natural beauty around you. Determine to be honest and true to yourself and those around you- this will give you greater self respect and the respect of others.

5) Do a little something that you fear each day, perhaps just smile and talk to a new person and step out of your comfort zone a litle. Every little challenge that you meet and master will boost your confidence disproportionately. If you do struggle in social situations as manay of us do, consider Conversational Hypnosis, which will quickly give you the skills to put people and yourself at ease, and build rapport quickly and easily. Each positive interaction with people will boost your confidence tremendously.

You must be persitent, keep working on things, monitor your thoughts, and always remember the words in Desiderata which I love – “you are a beautiful and unique child of the Universe, and no less than the moon and the stars you have the right to be here!”

Thomas asks…

Meditation Advice For a Beginner?

Does anyone here have any experience with meditation? Can I have some advice regarding meditation? I am seeking the health benefits of it; specifically, high quality sleep, mental clarity, focus, energy, alertness, etc. I am a horrible insomniac, and my quality of sleep is poor. I want to sleep well and be able to function during the day!

Well, I have started to meditate recently, and I think I might be doing it somewhat decently (though not often lol). At the moment, I am interested in using binaural beats and/or music to help.

In my (short) experience, I have a lot of trouble staying awake with a lot of meditation, though, and maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t during the day and not the best quality of sleep!

I do also want to try it as a spiritual thing and awareness, to an extent. I am an open-minded person and feel free to run whatever by me. I am curious about chakras and healing.

I am open to all viewpoints regarding the practice, so it doesn’t have to be limited to a specific type of meditation; if you want to share, I want to hear it! Thank you :) <3
I've been wanting to stare at candles, but for some reason I haven’t done it yet. I think I’ll try a heavily scented candle.
I’ve recently gotten some fish, 4 betta fish, to help create a calming environment. But 3 of them really don’t move around much! Those lazy jerks….
And I know I don’t have to do it a specific way to do it “correctly.” I want to try to see what’ll work for me, And I would like to change it up sometimes!

Thanks you for the answers!
Thank you, Rowan, I really like the idea of meditating after exercising. I haven’t thought of that, and I’m going to try that. I imagine that will be really helpful.

Binaural Beats answers:

One common method involves meditating after some light exercise, so that your body has opened up but your mind is not so full of thoughts weaving in and out. While meditating try focusing on your breathing, regulating it so that you have a constant rhythm and just focusing on each individual breath in and out of your body. This is also a common technique. Play around with the position of your body and the environment. Try sitting or lying down, maybe standing or sitting in a yoga pose. Maybe you meditate better when it’s warm, or maybe having the room cool helps to quiet your mind. Try changing your background noise as well. Some people need silence to meditate properly, while others find that having some sort of gentle music or nature sounds helps their focus.
If you’re open to attending a yoga class, you might find some excellent methods and techniques, as well as guided practice. Yoga also has other health benefits, which given how much thought you seem to have put into this, you are probably already aware of.
